Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the new hire experience - from signed offer through onboarding and the first months in the company
- Design, build, and continuously improve scalable preboarding and onboarding programs that create a seamless and engaging employee experience
- Ensure a consistent global onboarding experience while adapting processes to local requirements and team needs
- Manage the transition from ATS to HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing
- Partner closely with Recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoffs, alignment on hiring timelines, and resolution of onboarding edge cases
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure all equipment, accounts, system access, and documentation are ready by Day 1
- Align onboarding activities across Recruiting, Hiring Managers, HRBPs, IT, and Operations to deliver a smooth cross-functional experience
- Equip Hiring Managers with onboarding guidelines, playbooks, tools, and best practices to support successful integration of new hires
- Create engaging onboarding experiences, welcome sessions, and initiatives that help employees feel connected, supported, and productive from day one
- Support new hires throughout their first weeks and months, helping them navigate processes, build connections, and integrate into the company culture
- Maintain and enhance onboarding materials, including guides, checklists, internal documentation, and learning content
- Gather and analyze feedback from new hires, managers, and onboarding stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and implement meaningful changes
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve onboarding efficiency, scalability, and employee experience
- Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for both onsite and remote employees globally
