The Senior Crisis & ESG Specialist is responsible for global crisis monitoring, emergency assessment, and ESG-related humanitarian response coordination across regions where the company operates. The role supports crisis response activities related to employee safety, evacuations, relocations, and emergency preparedness, while also coordinating ESG charitable assistance initiatives for communities affected by major emergencies and natural disasters.
The position requires strong analytical, coordination, and operational skills to support global monitoring, impact assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement of crisis and ESG response processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess global emergencies, natural disasters, and humanitarian crises including floods, earthquakes, severe weather events, wildfires, and other high-impact incidents affecting regions where the company operates
- Support crisis-related decision-making, including employee safety measures, evacuations, relocations, and emergency response activities
- Conduct humanitarian and operational impact assessments to support crisis response and ESG charitable assistance initiatives
- Coordinate ESG/CSR emergency response activities, including charitable support initiatives and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
- Coordinate with NGOs, humanitarian organizations, and internal teams to support charitable response activities and impact tracking
- Prepare incident summaries, ESG impact reports, and support communication activities with PR and Communications teams
- Support crisis preparedness planning, emergency response budgeting, and operational readiness initiatives
- Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders during crisis and emergency situations

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience in Crisis Management, Operational Intelligence, ESG/CSR emergency response or related fields
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess emergency and humanitarian situations
- Experience in global monitoring, incident assessment, and crisis response coordination
- Strong communication, stakeholder coordination and reporting skills
- Understanding of humanitarian response, emergency preparedness, and crisis management processes
- Experience with monitoring tools, reporting platforms or operational workflow systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess emergency and humanitarian situations
