Key Responsibilities

  • Own the launch, growth, and overall performance of the business in the country.
  • Manage country P&L and key business metrics, ensuring sustainable market growth.
  • Identify growth opportunities and improve user acquisition, engagement, retention, and marketplace efficiency.
  • Develop and execute the local market strategy based on market insights and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations, finance, legal) to scale the business.
  • Test and implement business initiatives, MVPs, and experiments to drive growth.
  • Analyze key metrics and translate insights into actionable growth plans.
  • Build local partnerships and represent the company in the market.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in ride-hailing, marketplaces, delivery, e-commerce, or other fast-paced tech companies.
  • Experience managing market/city/country-level business performance.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
  • Ability to test hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Strong ownership, stakeholder management, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Upper-intermediate English and willingness to travel.
