Key Responsibilities
- Document Organization: Assist in organizing and compiling tax documents required for internal controls;
- Tax Routine: Provide basic support in monitoring tax compliance status;
- Deadline Management: Track the calendar of tax notices and notifications received via DEC (Domicílio Eletrônico do Cidadão), ensuring response deadlines are met by the team;
- Administrative Support: Provide general support to the finance and tax team based in São Paulo, assisting with filling out monitoring forms, preparing presentations, and organizing the department’s Drive.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Interest in pursuing a career in Finance, Tax Law, or Accounting;
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets);
- Interest or prior knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (a plus);
- English (a plus).
