Key Responsibilities
- Business Support and Operations: Support the execution of driver-focused programs, including tracking performance metrics, performing basic data analysis, and maintaining and updating operational reports;
- Market Research and Insights: Monitor competitor analysis (pricing, incentives, positioning), gather insights through online research and internal data, and assist in building simple reports with key findings;
- CRM and Communications: Support the creation and execution of CRM campaigns, review communications to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, and track basic campaign results.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Interest in pursuing a career in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets);
- Interest or prior knowledge in data analysis;
- English (a plus).
