Key Responsibilities
- Support in managing accounts payable and receivable: Assist in organizing payments and verifying deadlines; monitor payment flows;
- Document organization: Assist in organizing, reviewing, and filing accounting documents such as invoices, receipts, and contracts. Support checking basic data before sending to the responsible teams or audit;
- Support in financial reports: Update control spreadsheets (costs, expenses, revenues) and assist in consolidating data for monthly reports;
- Support in administrative routines: Provide general support to the finance team and interact with other departments to gather data.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Interest in developing a career in Finance, Accounting, or related fields;
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools (especially Google Sheets);
- Organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills;
- Basic English (a plus).
