We’re looking for a Head of Market Operations PMO who can bridge strategy and execution across inDrive markets. This role sits at the intersection of regional teams, corporate functions, and PMO leadership, ensuring that strategic priorities are clearly structured, aligned, and consistently executed.
You will help build and run the operating rhythm across markets, bring visibility into performance, and ensure that strategic initiatives translate into measurable results on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic planning across inDrive markets - structure the process, coordinate inputs, and make sure plans are executed.
- Own and run the Market Operations business rhythm (P&L reviews, KPI monitoring, initiative tracking, forecast/reforecast cycles).
- Build and maintain the framework for how we structure markets regionally - how P&L ownership works at the macro-regional level, how targets are set, and how corporate functions align with market needs.
- Build and own the regional layer of visibility: how markets are performing, what's working, what needs attention.
- Translate strategy into actionable plans for country teams and track progress against them.
- Support development of strategic materials and executive-level artifacts. Own day-to-day PMO operational workflows (both slide-based and non-slide deliverables. Improve processes, tools, and ways of working across Market Operations.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years in strategy, operations, or consulting- with clear experience working across multiple markets or regions.
- Strong strategic thinker who can also drive execution.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning complex situations into clear plans.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders - you can push back, align, and move things forward.
- Strong analytical skills.
