About the role
We are building a system to measure real-world change — shifts in behavior, systems, and opportunities.

This includes:
  • longitudinal population panels,
  • cross-country indices (e.g., Child Visibility Index),
  • and project-level measurement frameworks.
We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Researcher to ensure this system is methodologically sound, scalable, and defensible.

What you will do

  • Design and improve longitudinal studies (sampling, weighting, bias correction)
  • Develop and validate indices (normalization, aggregation, robustness checks)
  • Ensure data quality and consistency across datasets and waves
  • Support causal analysis and interpretation of results
  • Advise teams on survey design and measurement frameworks

What we expect

  • Strong background in quantitative research / econometrics / statistics
  • Hands-on experience with:
  1. panel data or longitudinal analysis
  2. sampling and weighting
  3. bias detection and correction
  • Ability to work with imperfect, real-world data
  • 4–6 years in research, data, consulting
