At inDrive, every ride starts with a choice. The way passengers see, evaluate, and accept bids defines not only their experience - but the efficiency of our entire marketplace.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of the most critical parts of the passenger journey - bidding experience. You will shape how passengers interact with offers, make decisions, and ultimately choose inDrive again.

This is not just about UI improvements - you will directly influence conversion, marketplace balance, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Bidding Experience End-to-End
You will define and evolve how passengers receive, evaluate, and accept driver bids - from first offer to final decision.
  • Drive Marketplace Efficiency Through UX
Design systems that help passengers make faster and better decisions, while maintaining fairness and liquidity in the marketplace.
  • Balance Passenger Value & Monetization
Work closely with monetization teams to ensure that revenue-driving mechanics integrate seamlessly into the passenger experience without degrading trust or conversion.
  • Build Smart Selection Mechanisms
Develop logic for filtering, ranking, and presenting bids - ensuring passengers see the most relevant and high-quality options.
  • Experiment and Optimize Continuously
Run A/B tests and iterate on key levers such as bid visibility, acceptance flows, auto-accept mechanics, and pricing perception.
  • Collaborate Across Domains
Work closely with pricing, monetization, driver-side, and data teams to align incentives across the marketplace.
Why this role is a unique challenge
  • You’re at the core of the marketplace
Bidding is where supply meets demand. Your decisions will directly impact both sides of the platform simultaneously.
  • High impact, high responsibility
Small changes in this flow can significantly move GMV, conversion, and user trust — or break them.
  • Balancing competing forces
You will constantly navigate trade-offs between:
  • speed vs. choice
  • monetization vs. fairness
  • simplicity vs. control

Not just features - decision architecture
You are designing how users think, evaluate options, and make decisions under uncertainty.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Product Experience 4+ years in product management, ideally in marketplace, ride-hailing, or high-scale consumer products.
  • Strong Analytical Thinking Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and decision-making under uncertainty.
  • Marketplace Understanding Ability to think in terms of supply-demand dynamics, liquidity, and incentives.
  • User-Centric Thinking You deeply understand how users make decisions and can design flows that reduce friction and cognitive load.
  • Experimentation Mindset You are comfortable testing bold hypotheses and iterating quickly based on data.
  • Stakeholder Management Ability to work across multiple teams (monetization, safety, driver product) and align conflicting goals.
  • Clear Communication You can articulate complex trade-offs and product decisions clearly to different audiences.

Conditions & Benefits

  • Stable salary, official employment
  • Health insurance
  • Hybrid work mode and flexible schedule
  • Relocation package offered for candidates from other regions
  • Access to professional counseling services including psychological, financial, and legal support
  • Discount club membership
  • Diverse internal training programs
  • Partially or fully paid additional training courses
  • All necessary work equipment

About inDrive

inDrive is a global tech company on a mission to challenge injustice. We started in 2012 in the coldest city on Earth, when a group of friends created a way for people to agree on fair ride prices. That idea grew into one of the world’s top ride-hailing apps, now with 360M installs across 48 countries.
Today, we offer more than rides: from freight and delivery to intercity travel and financial services, all designed to put people first. Our goal is to positively impact 1 billion lives by 2030. Through inVision, our non-profit arm, we support education, entrepreneurship, and equality in underserved communities.
