The Regional Content Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and evolving the content strategy in Brazil, ensuring strong brand positioning, cultural relevance, and business impact across all owned and paid channels.

This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and social, driving integrated campaigns that leverage content, creators, and platforms to deliver awareness, engagement, and growth. The position also plays a key role in connecting global guidelines with local execution, ensuring consistency while adapting to regional insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the content strategy for Brazil, aligned with global brand positioning and local business prioritiesPlan and execute 360° campaigns across social media, influencer marketing, and other content channels
  • Manage and orchestrate agencies (creative, social, influencer) ensuring high-quality delivery and strategic alignment
  • Lead influencer and creator strategy, including selection, briefing, and performance tracking
  • Oversee content planning and publishing across all brand channels (organic and paid)
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all touchpoints
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance, extracting insights and driving continuous optimization
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Media, CRM, Product, PR) to ensure integrated marketing execution
  • Own and manage the brand’s presence and communication strategy on Reclame Aqui
  • Monitor market trends, cultural moments, and competitors to identify opportunities and improve relevance
  • Manage budget allocation for content and influencer initiatives, ensuring efficiency and ROI

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect brand, content, and business objectivesProven experience in content strategy, social media, and influencer marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital platforms, formats, and trends (especially short-form and creator-led content)
  • Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of brand building, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
  • Experience working with UGC (User Generated Content) strategies, including sourcing, curation, and scaling authentic content
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to content creation, optimization, social listening, and performance analysis
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance global guidelines with local market needs and cultural nuances
  • Experience in reputation management and customer-facing platforms (e.g., Reclame Aqui) is a plus
