Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (Customer Support, Online Checkout, and Incident Management specialists).
- Build talent pipelines quickly and effectively.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Use recruitment tools to source, track, and manage candidates.
- Organize and run hiring events once needed.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of experience in mass or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, sourcing platforms, automation tools).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.
- Experience in tech, mobility, or fast-scaling startups is a bonus.
