Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles (Customer Support, Online Checkout, and Incident Management specialists).
  • Build talent pipelines quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Use recruitment tools to source, track, and manage candidates.
  • Organize and run hiring events once needed.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 3+ years of experience in mass or high-volume recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, sourcing platforms, automation tools).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Upper-intermediate English (B2) or higher.
  • Experience in tech, mobility, or fast-scaling startups is a bonus.
