You will provide the quantitative evidence required to scale our CRM operations, ensuring that all automated and ad-hoc engagements drive incremental value and long-term retention. This role requires expertise in marketing analytics, specifically across performance and CRM channels. You will collaborate closely with the product marketing team: build comprehensive dashboards, design & analyze tests, and ensure that marketing investments deliver measurable & positive impact. Your insights will play a key role in scaling global CRM strategy.
