Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality strategic materials and presentations for senior leadership and Board discussions.
  • Analyze business and operational data, calculate metrics, and transform findings into actionable insights.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear frameworks, narratives, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate and structure strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain a helicopter view of the business to identify opportunities, risks, and key priorities.
  • Influence business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Apply advanced storytelling to communicate complex concepts effectively.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Management and similar roles.
Hard skills
  • Business Analysis – ability to analyze complex business problems and identify key drivers and insights
  • Data Interpretation – strong ability to work with data, extract insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Strategic Thinking – understanding of business strategy development and long-term planning
  • Presentation Development – ability to structure and create clear, compelling executive-level presentations
  • Financial & Business Modeling (basic/intermediate) – ability to interpret financial and operational metrics
  • Market & Industry Analysis – understanding of marketplace / mobility / ride-hailing business models
  • Project Coordination – ability to structure initiatives, track progress, and support cross-functional projects
  • Advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides
