Key Responsibilities
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage a matrixed Marketplace Efficiency scope, aligning and influencing stakeholders to deliver measurable business results.
- Forecasting Ownership: Own and continuously improve the forecasting model to accurately predict supply-demand gaps.
- Gap Coverage: Ensure effective gap closure through internal initiatives and coordinated cross-functional actions.
- Performance Management: Track and analyze key metrics related to supply growth, efficiency, and quality.
- Growth Experimentation: Define hypotheses, run structured experiments, and scale successful initiatives to accelerate supply growth.
- Market Insights: Conduct research to understand the local audience, identify emerging trends, and inform supply strategies.
- Cross-Vertical Penetration: Drive supply penetration from adjacent verticals to strengthen overall performance.
- Forecasting Accountability: Take full responsibility for forecasting accuracy and delivery of supply-demand gap closure.
- Incentive Optimization: Analyze incentive performance, improve ROI, and develop new incentive setups in collaboration with Product.
- Supply Segmentation: Develop and implement segmentation strategies to improve supply quality, increase engagement of high-value segments, and deprioritize low-quality supply.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in operations, marketplace strategy, supply growth, or operational analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with large datasets and operational metrics.
- Experience designing and running experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis-driven development).
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and managing complex operational projects.
- Experience in marketplace businesses (mobility, delivery, or logistics) is a strong advantage.
