We are seeking a Country Driver Operations Team Leader to oversee and optimize driver operations in Chile. This role is crucial in ensuring a balanced driver supply, fostering partnerships, and enhancing fleet management strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business development at a local level. This position reports directly to the Country Manager and requires close collaboration with regional and HQ teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and own the nationwide driver acquisition strategy, steering a high-performing team and setting a clear vision for growth.
- Design and execute market-specific acquisition plans tailored to the unique dynamics of the Chilean ecosystem.
- Partner closely with local and regional stakeholders, including Marketing, Product, Operations, and Market Efficiency to ensure flawless execution of acquisition and retention initiatives, as well as budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
- Continuously monitor and elevate core performance metrics: New and Active Drivers, Driver Acquisition Cost, Supply Hours, Utilization, and Retention Rates across all regions.
- Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint performance gaps, unlock opportunities, and optimize both acquisition and retention strategies.
- Enforce operational excellence, maintaining strong process controls and ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability in all acquisition efforts.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum of 5 years of high-impact experience in Strategy, Operations, Analytics, Consulting, Marketplace Operations, Product Operations, or related fields.
- 3+ years of managing and leading operational teams, overseeing performance, coaching staff development, and driving the execution.
- Advanced analytical capabilities, including strong proficiency in SQL.
- Proven ability to turn complex datasets into sharp, actionable insights that drive decision-making.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at simplifying complexity and adapting messages to diverse audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable driving alignment without direct authority.**
- Full professional proficiency in English.

- Hands-on experience with Python.
