Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Order Management:
- End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the order placement lifecycle (Procurement) within Growth Business verticals, ensuring workflows are seamless, timely, and highly scalable.
- Process Optimization: Assist on continuous improvement of internal and cross-functional processes (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance); maintain critical documentation, including performance trackers, action logs, and OKR/KPI status reports.
- Planning & Resource Allocation: Support annual and quarterly planning cycles, including budgeting and strategic resource distribution.
Event Support:
- High-Level Execution: Lead the planning and delivery of divisional events, such as Leadership Summits and Strategy Workshops, in collaboration with the central Events team.
- Full-Cycle Management: Oversee everything from agenda structuring and organizational content to logistics and post-event follow-up.
Strategy, Insights & Reporting:
- Executive Storytelling: Create high-stakes presentations for leadership and investors, translating complex raw data into clear, visually compelling strategic narratives.
- Project Governance: Manage project timelines and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct targeted market research (competitor analysis, industry updates) to validate business hypotheses upon managers request.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in technology companies or fast-paced tech environments.
- Advanced (fluent) level of English.
- Ability to build and optimize operational processes.
- Experience working with operational tasks such as procurement, reporting, and analytics.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with excellent time and task management skills.
