• Review and verify the drivers documents Maintain and maintain accurate and up to date records of driver documents
• Confirm the identity of individuals by checking the information provided Identify and report unusual activities Maintain a high level of accuracy in the verification process to minimize errors and discrepancies
• Ensure that sensitive information is handled with the utmost care, respecting privacy and data protection regulations
• Stay informed about changes in regulations, verification methods, and technology to improve skills and knowledge

• PC knowledge at the confident user level.
• Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs Grammatically correct in written and verbal; Both English and Bahasa.
