Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily outbound calls to business clients to provide ongoing support and operational assistance related to inDrive Couriers’ services
- Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Hold regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, share product updates, and explore new collaboration opportunities
- Collect, document, and analyze client feedback to help improve service quality
- Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and service-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution
- Handle incoming calls and requests from business clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 1–3 years of experience in account management or a related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Excellent knowledge of the local market
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad
- Fluency in Urdu and English
