Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to business clients to provide ongoing support and operational assistance related to inDrive Couriers’ services
  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Hold regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, gather feedback, share product updates, and explore new collaboration opportunities
  • Collect, document, and analyze client feedback to help improve service quality
  • Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and service-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution
  • Handle incoming calls and requests from business clients in a professional and solution-oriented manner

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 1–3 years of experience in account management or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets
  • Excellent knowledge of the local market
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Based in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad
  • Fluency in Urdu and English
