Key Responsibilities

Product marketing & adoption
  • Own product positioning and value propositions for:
  1. Card payments (hard cashless)
  2. Local cashless methods (QR, transfers, prepaid, etc.)
  3. User and driver wallets (balances, top-ups, promised payments, payment links)
  • Translate complex fintech products into simple, actionable user messaging
  • Build education and activation flows explaining:
  1. what the product is
  2. when and why to use it
  3. how it benefits users and drivers
  4. CRM & lifecycle ownership
  • Design and own CRM strategies across the full lifecycle: activation, habit formation, retention, reactivation
  • Lead multi-channel communication: push notifications, in-app banners, WhatsApp / messaging channels
  • Work with Bloomreach: segmentation, dynamic content, triggered flows
Data, events & analytics
  • Own the definition and quality of product & CRM events required for: segmentation, reporting, experimentation, ML use cases (eligibility, next-best-action, intent prediction)
  • Partner with analytics to track: adoption and conversion to cashless, repeat usage, retention and contribution margin impact
  • Drive A/B testing and experimentation for fintech communications and incentives
Cross-functional leadership
  • Act as a key connector between: Product (Fintech / Payments / Wallet), Engineering, Analytics & Data Science, Local Marketing teams
  • Support market rollouts across multiple countries with different payment ecosystems

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Experience
  • 4–7+ years in Product Marketing, CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Strong experience with fintech, payments, wallets, or financial products
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Bloomreach is a strong plus)
  • Proven track record of driving product adoption through CRM
Skills
  • Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with funnels, cohorts, uplift, retention
  • Ability to work with events, data schemas, and dashboards
  • Excellent communication skills – able to simplify complex products
  • Experience running experiments and iterating based on data
  • Comfortable working in cross-market, cross-functional environments
Nice to have
  • Experience with driver / marketplace platforms
  • Exposure to ML-driven CRM or personalization systems
  • Experience scaling fintech products in emerging markets
