Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze marketing performance across channels such as paid ads CRM, and promo campaigns to evaluate efficiency and ROI
  • Identify key drivers of user acquisition, activation, and retention and recommend actions based on data
  • Segment users based on behavior and value to enable targeted marketing and personalized offers
  • Track and improve promo effectiveness by analyzing discount usage uplift and cannibalization
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor the marketing funnel from impressions to repeat purchases
  • Collaborate with product marketing and operations teams to align marketing strategy with business goals
  • Ensure data accuracy and transparency by maintaining metric definitions and documentation

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or performance analytics
  • Strong SQL skills, including working with large datasets and building data marts
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling
  • Understanding of marketing funnel attribution models, LTV, CAC, and incrementality
  • Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Redash, or similar platforms
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical results to nontechnical stakeholders
  • Solid foundation in statistics and experimentation methods, including A/B testing
