Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify the drivers’ documents
• Maintain and accurate and up-to-date records of driver documents
• Confirm the identity of individuals by checking the information provided
• Identify and report unusual activities
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in the verification process to minimize errors and discrepancies
• Ensure that sensitive information is handled with the utmost care, respecting privacy and data protection regulations
• Stay informed about changes in regulations, verification methods, and technology to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• PC knowledge at the confident user level
• Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs
• Grammatically correct in both written and verbal, English and Bahasa
• Attention to details Communication: the ability to convey information, thoughts
• Teamwork: the tendency to care about helping the team to achieve a common goal
• Willingness to learn: always open to or seeking out new experiences, skills, and information that improve his/her abilities and knowledge.
