Responsibilities

  • Enhance the current public incident management workflow and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Shape crisis communication frameworks to ensure timely, transparent, and effective communication during incidents, minimizing reputational risk and maintaining public trust.
  • Act as a central coordination point between Incident teams, Customer support, Social media, PR, and external agencies to ensure aligned and consistent handling of sensitive situations.
  • Manage cross-teams, setting priorities, supervising workflows, and ensuring quality and speed of response.
  • Participate directly in investigations for critical and high-impact cases.
  • Support continuous optimization of incident management workflows across LATAM and Brazil in collaboration with HQ and regional stakeholders.
  • Strengthen and enhance the performance of regional PR and cross-functional teams during public incidents.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Crisis Management, or Urgent Customer Support (head of division/department)
  • Cross-teams management skills
  • Writing and speaking skills in English
  • Proven ability to work independently with a focus on achieving measurable results
