Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement government affairs strategies to support business operations and regulatory compliance.
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory authorities, and public sector stakeholders.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and provide timely risk assessments and strategic guidance.
- Lead or support licensing and registration processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Represent the company in meetings, consultations, and negotiations with government and industry bodies.
- Collaborate with legal, public policy, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Education and Background:
- Bachelors degree in Law, Public Policy, International Relations, Political Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 or more years of relevant experience in government affairs, regulatory affairs or public policy.
- Prior experience working with or within government institutions is strongly preferred.
Skills and Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of the regulatory and political landscapes across key Morocco markets.
- Proven negotiation and advocacy capabilities.
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multiple stakeholder projects under tight deadlines.
