Key Responsibilities

• Analyze internal processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Collect, structure, and clarify requirements from stakeholders
• Conduct interviews and workshops
• Prepare analysis artifacts (user stories, process diagrams, flows) when needed
• Maintain requirements and backlog in Jira and Confluence
• Support implementation, UAT, and post-release analysis
• Work with feedback and incidents to improve delivered solutions

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Confident use of Jira and Confluence
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Understanding of end-to-end processes and system interactions Clear written and verbal communication
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Background in business or system analysis
