Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective, transparent, and engaging communication strategies for the Growth Businesses Department.
• Build the internal brand of the department.
• Ensure timely and clear dissemination of updates and achievements.
• Support employee recognition initiatives.
• Drive communication activities that improve engagement, confidence, and awareness across regions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing.
• Bachelors degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
• Experience in content creation (articles, newsletters, social media, intranet posts).
• Strong project coordination skills, including event organization and vendor collaboration.
• Understanding of employee engagement and recognition practices.
