Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Employment Background Checks
  • Conduct pre-employment background checks for candidates across all global offices of the Company.
  • Coordinate with HR teams and external screening providers to manage the background check process at all stages.
  • Review and assess screening results, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations to HR and hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, data protection requirements, and internal Company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting related to background check processes.

2. Office Security
  • Ensure physical security of the Company’s offices and facilities.
  • Monitor and operate engineering and technical security systems.
  • Oversee the operation of security posts and guard services.
  • Coordinate with external security contractors and security service providers.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of office security procedures.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and identify vulnerabilities.
  • Participate in the investigation of security incidents and preparation of incident reports.

3. Corporate Event Security
  • Plan and implement security measures for large-scale corporate events.
  • Conduct risk assessments of venues and events.
  • Coordinate security personnel, event organizers, and technical teams.
  • Monitor compliance with security requirements during events and respond to incidents as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 2–3 years of experience in corporate security.
  • Experience in conducting pre-employment background checks with result analysis and preparation of recommendations.
  • Experience in ensuring the security of offices and corporate events, including participation in risk assessments, planning security measures, and incident response.
  • Experience in operating engineering and technical security systems and working with security posts.
  • Knowledge of international security standards, corporate policies, and legal requirements in the field of personal data protection and physical security.
  • Education in security, occupational safety, engineering, or related fields.
  • English language proficiency at B1 level or higher, sufficient for interaction with international teams and contractors.
  • Possession of international security certifications (desirable).
  • Experience in integrating security information systems with internal and external platforms and process automation (desirable).
  • Stress resistance, ability to make quick decisions in critical situations, and compliance with corporate procedures.
  • Ability to perform tasks outside standard working hours and travel on business trips.
