Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 2+ years of product management experience

• High proactivity and initiative
• Capable of thriving in fast-paced, uncertain environments, with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, product management tools, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
• Strong empathy for users and curiosity about their real-life needs
• Readiness for regular fieldwork — direct communication with users and observation of real interactions
