Responsibilities
- Organization and control of the recruitment center (team).
- Hiring, training, onboarding of the team (DA agents).
- Preparing daily and weekly reports.
- Follow acquisition and activation plans.
- Implementation of new schemes and activities.
- Retention and activation.
- Reporting to the manager about key figures and results.
- Holding surveys with drivers and passengers.
Qualifications
- English language skills are mandatory.
- Sociability, responsibility, commitment.
- Strong commercial and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Argumentation and objection-handling skills.
- Experience in sales is desirable.
- Management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team, to respond quickly to different tasks and issues.
