Responsibilities

• Organization and control of the recruitment center (team).
• Hiring, training, onboarding of the team (DA agents).
• Preparing daily and weekly reports.
• Follow acquisition and activation plans.
• Implementation of new schemes and activities.
• Retention and activation.
• Reporting to the manager about key figures and results.
• Holding surveys with drivers and passengers.

Qualifications

• English language skills are mandatory.
• Sociability, responsibility, commitment.
• Strong commercial and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Argumentation and objection-handling skills.
• Experience in sales is desirable.
• Management skills.
• Communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team, to respond quickly to different tasks and issues.
