Responsibilities

• Write and edit UX copy in both Russian and English.
• Collaborate with product teams and designers to improve the user experience of the inDrive website and app.
• Maintain FAQ in English and Russian.
• Suggest and implement improvements to UX writing processes and tools.
• Work with UX researchers to validate hypotheses.
• Follow the company`s Tone of Voice (ToV) and editing policy.
• Maintain and update glossaries in both Russian and English.
• Deeply understand the product by studying and addressing user challenges.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer.
• Practical knowledge of UX principles.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working with Figma, Jira, Confluence.
• Experience with Crowdin or other CAT tools. (Preferred)
