Responsibilities
- Own end to end CRM strategy across lifecycle stages to drive activation, engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Develop, launch, and optimize multi channel communication flows (push, email, in app, SMS, WhatsApp) based on behavioral and predictive signals.
- Partner with Product, Data, ML, and MarTech teams to design experiments, build new CRM capabilities, and scale AI driven personalization.
- Analyze performance using LTV, uplift, incrementality, and cohort metrics to identify high impact growth opportunities.
- Manage CRM roadmap and execution for global markets, ensuring timely delivery, cross team alignment, and measurable business impact.
Qualifications
- 5 years in CRM/lifecycle marketing in high growth digital products (marketplaces, mobility, delivery, or fintech preferred).
- Strong expertise in segmentation, messaging logic, experimentation frameworks, and multi channel communication orchestration.
- Hands on experience with CRM/ESP/CDP platforms (Braze, Bloomreach or similar) and solid understanding of MarTech architecture.
- Data literacy: SQL or analytical tools proficiency, ability to interpret models, and experience working with predictive/ML based targeting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional initiatives, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable revenue or retention impact.
