Responsibilities

• Research, refine, and evaluate algorithms for order distribution among couriers and pricing mechanics;
• Maximize marketplace efficiency, focusing on free auction mechanics;
• Generate and validate hypotheses to identify growth opportunities and explain findings to business stakeholders;
• Investigate significant deviations in key metrics and identify growth points and product development directions;
• Conduct A/B tests: participate in designing experiments and interpreting results;
• Collaborate with Data Department teams to optimize data flows, ensure data quality and integrity, and create product specific data marts.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in data analytics or data science.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking, and the ability to balance resource investments with business impact.
• Solid mathematical background, especially in statistics, discrete optimization, and causal inference.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant data analysis libraries.
• Advanced skills in SQL, including working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries, and creating analytical data marts.
• Experience with BI tools like Plotly, Redash, or Tableau.
• Familiarity with developing interpretable ML models is a plus.
