Responsibilities
- Social media monitoring: track incidents, mentions, and comments, and escalate cases to the PR team when needed. (There is a clear process in place the main task is to make sure the agency follows it and to stay on standby in case support is required.)
 - Agency oversight: ensure that all inquiries are handled properly and on time, responses align with the brand tone of voice, and communication is grammatically correct.
 - Hero scouting for the video project: select potential heroes from the existing database, conduct interviews, and create hero cards using a provided template; pass the materials to the production team and accompany the heroes throughout the process until the shoot.
 
Qualifications
- Excellent Kazakh, Russian, and English both written and spoken.
 - Strong written communication skills and confident verbal communication.
 - Location: Almaty or Astana (preferably based in one of these cities).
 - Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with agencies.
 -  
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow established processes and meet deadlines.
Nice to have:
 - Experience in communications, SMM, or community management will be a benefit.
 - Experience in writing and editing content (posts, comments, replies to users).
 - Understanding of community management principles.
 - Experience in production or storytelling projects.
