Responsibilities

  • Launch and support initiatives to improve safety operations processes across Kazakhstan.
  • Conduct customer development interviews, generate data-driven hypotheses, and validate MVPs to enhance safety-related services.
  • Provide timely and effective support to drivers involved in safety initiatives through calls and chat communications.
  • Collaborate in the development and execution of strategic planning for safety and quality improvements.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
  • Solid experience in data analytics, with strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and applying a data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Hands-on, practical experience is essential — we value fieldwork and direct involvement.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Fluency in Kazakh and Russian (native or near-native level).
