Responsibilities

  • Launch and support initiatives aimed at improving WingDriver operations in Kazakhstan.
  • Assist drivers with registration, onboarding, and effective use of the WingDriver app.
  • Communicate with the WingDriver partner team to improve processes and workflows based on driver feedback and data.
  • Generate and validate product, marketing, and operational hypotheses related to safety and quality within cross-functional teams to support business growth.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for improving safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in the mobility and/or tech industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with solid proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL is a plus, but not required.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and applying a data-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with teams across multiple time zones, and a good understanding of how cross-functional teams operate.
  • Willing and able to conduct customer development, generate hypotheses, and validate MVPs.
  • Hands-on, practical experience is essential — we value fieldwork and real-world involvement.
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
  • Fluency in Kazakh and Russian (native or near-native level).
