Responsibilities

  • Hold responsibility for Passenger Acquisition and Retention KPIs
  • Lead a matrix-structured marketing team, as well as interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Product
  • Analyze digital performance, media, and car branding strategies, and optimize the marketing mix
  • Hold country marketing budget processes
  • Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiatives
  • Lead brand positioning in line with local insights and global brand guidelines
  • Oversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channels
  • Identify and nurture partnerships that align with marketing objectives
  • Perform market and audience research

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, 3+ years in a similar role
  • Experience in leading multi-cultural teams, preferably in a matrix structure, with influence by leadership skills
  • Experience working with a mobile product
  • Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on project management experience, including agency management and direct involvement in tasks when needed
  • Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Strong data and analytical skills
  • English and Portuguese on a professional level
