Responsibilities
- Hold responsibility for Passenger Acquisition and Retention KPIs
- Lead a matrix-structured marketing team, as well as interact with other departments: Business Development, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Product
- Analyze digital performance, media, and car branding strategies, and optimize the marketing mix
- Hold country marketing budget processes
- Generate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiatives
- Lead brand positioning in line with local insights and global brand guidelines
- Oversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channels
- Identify and nurture partnerships that align with marketing objectives
- Perform market and audience research
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, 3+ years in a similar role
- Experience in leading multi-cultural teams, preferably in a matrix structure, with influence by leadership skills
- Experience working with a mobile product
- Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on project management experience, including agency management and direct involvement in tasks when needed
- Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness
- Strong data and analytical skills
- English and Portuguese on a professional level
