Responsibilities

Account Management Growth:

  • Own and manage the entire client relationship for a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on retention and growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for up selling and cross selling inDrive Ads full suite of products, including special integrations and playable ads.
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial terms and renewal contracts for assigned accounts. Strategic Client Partnership:
  • Act as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, providing clients with insights on industry trends, best practices, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Lead key client meetings, including status calls, campaign briefings, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Develop a deep understanding of the clients organization, competitive landscape, and business drivers to provide proactive and valuable counsel.

    Campaign Project Execution:

  • Serve as the liaison between the client and internal teams (Ad Operations, Creative, Product) to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, from initial briefing and ideation to launch, monitoring, and post campaign analysis.
  • Manage financial aspects of your accounts, including forecasting, billing, and ensuring profitability.

    Market Intelligence:

  • Stay current on the ad tech ecosystem, market shifts, and emerging technologies to better advise clients and identify new opportunities.
  • Gather and communicate client feedback to internal product and strategy teams to help shape future product development.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a client facing sales or account management role within the digital advertising or ad tech industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals and growing a portfolio of strategic accounts.
  • Experience working directly with both brands and advertising agencies is highly preferred.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ad Tech Knowledge: Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including programmatic advertising (DSPs, SSPs), ad serving, and measurement.
  • Consultative Selling: Ability to understand client needs, formulate tailored solutions, and build long term, trust based relationships.
  • Communication Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively to senior level clients.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and client demands in a fast paced environment.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive and solutions oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and remove roadblocks.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations and demonstrate ROI to clients.
