Responsibilities
- Reflecting business transactions in 1C, by sales area; Processing and preparing primary documentation for the sales area;
- Issuing AVR, ESF, and SNT statements;
- Reconciling mutual settlements with buyers;
- Analyzing accounts receivable and accounts payable for the sales area;
- Checking the availability of all original/electronically signed documents with customers;
- Working with regulatory authorities, participating in audits;
- Reconciling different accounting systems. Participating in the automation of accounting operations.
- Drawing up technical specifications and interacting with consultants and developers.
- Controlling accounting in the NetSuite system and tax accounting in the 1C system. Paying taxes for self-employed persons.
Qualifications
- Higher education in finance or economics, At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of accounting and taxation legislation in Kazakhstan.
- Experience working with 1C:Accounting software.
- Willingness to study information independently and ability to multitask.
- Attentiveness, responsibility, stress resistance Willingness to study information independently and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
- Experience working with large volumes of information and documentation, as well as with information systems.
- Personal qualities: attentiveness, responsibility, stress resistance, ability to work in a team.
