As a key member of the global inDriver Creative Community, the Creative Department is responsible for shaping and executing our brand positioning and purpose with a deep understanding of local market insights and cultural nuances on all key markets. We are seeking a visionary Creative Lead for EMEA region to spearhead creative efforts, mentor a dynamic team, and ensure the highest quality of creative output. We are looking for a leader who can balance strategic vision, creative excellence, and executional precision to drive impactful brand communications across entrusted regions.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the development of all creative materials and marketing campaigns within the entrusted region, both internally and through collaboration with external agencies.
- Work closely with the marketing and brand teams to translate business objectives into compelling creative concepts and campaigns to align creative strategies with global brand guidelines while ensuring relevance to local markets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing in-house creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Supervise the execution of brand assets, ensuring consistency and adherence to creative and strategic standards, driving innovation in brand storytelling, ensuring every brand touchpoint is engaging and resonates with the target audience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated).
- At least 2-4 years in a creative leadership role (e.g., Creative Director, Creative Group Head, or Team Lead) within an agency or in-house creative department.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating excellence in creative concepting and execution across multiple media formats.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively.
- Background in a creative agency environment, offering a strong understanding of agency workflows and processes.
- Experience working with global brands and international markets. Recognition through industry awards for creative excellence.
- Proficiency in English (C1 minimum). Additional languages are a huge plus.
