We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to successfully onboarding new hires. You will play a key part in shaping our talent strategy across a range of functions, including Marketing, Digital, Legal, Finance, and Business Development, while ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
- Proactive Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline, anticipate future hiring needs, and reduce time-to-fill positions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and People & Culture Partners to understand hiring requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies. Provide support in interview techniques, candidate assessments, and effective stakeholder communication.
- Communication & Feedback: Maintain transparent and constructive communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process. Foster strong relationships by implementing personalized engagement strategies and promoting two-way feedback channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment performance using metrics such as hiring performance, diversity, and candidate satisfaction. Provide actionable insights and contribute to continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with Employer Branding Manager to craft impactful job ads, promote company culture, and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and industry events.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify and implement creative solutions to improve hiring quality, cost, and speed. Share best practices with the team and contribute to process enhancements.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining communication throughout the hiring journey. Ensure that each candidate feels valued and respected.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team discussions, share insights, and contribute to team goals. Play an active role in team culture building and contribute to initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment across various industries.
- Proven ability to successfully manage end-to-end recruitment processes, with a focus on proactive talent sourcing.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze data and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.
- Solid understanding of sourcing channels, including advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment performance marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders and candidates.
- High level of initiative, independence, and results orientation.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
- A strong track record of successfully completing recruitment assignments and meeting hiring goals.
