We're seeking a Principal Backend Engineer in Reliability team.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core services, ensuring elastic and efficient solutions.
Optimize applications for highvolume data storage, performance, and scalability across multiple regions.
Collaborate with the architecture team and provide solutions for complex technical tasks.
Debug technical issues, implement unit and integration tests, and develop automation tools. Participate in code reviews, offering feedback to improve code quality.
Take a driving role in the backend community and contribute to enhancing the backend toolset. Participate in incident resolution, postmortem processes, and action item as a leader.

4+ years of experience with Golang, 2+ years of experience as a lead backend/software developer.
Proficient in developing highload solutions and optimizing complex services.
Strong experience with relational and nonrelational databases, focusing on optimization, geodistribution, and cost efficiency.
Extensive experience with eventdriven architectures and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), including tracing and ensuring data consistency.
Familiarity with cuttingedge technologies and the ability to advocate for their adoption within the company.
