Data Analyst Supply Marketing

We are looking for a true partner for the Marketing team who will not only analyze data but also generate actionable insights and conclusions that influence business decisions and metrics. You will work on a variety of tasks—from helping to digitize acquisition processes and segmenting the user base to evaluating courier branding effectiveness and analyzing product funnels and CRM activities.

Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Analysis

  • Collect and analyze data related to marketing campaigns.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness using various metrics (digital, branding, referral and loyalty programs, CRM).
  • Develop recommendations to improve ROI and optimize marketing budgets.

User Behavior Analysis

  • Study user behavior within the app together with the UX and CX teams.
  • Identify trends and patterns to enhance the user experience.

Dashboard and Report Development

  • Create regular reports on key marketing metrics.
  • Maintain and update dashboards to monitor business performance.
  • Provide analytical support for business decision-making.

Forecasting Model Development

  • Build and maintain forecasting models to predict business outcomes.
  • Assess risks and identify growth opportunities.

Monitoring and Automation

  • Regularly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Automate data collection and analysis processes.
  • Explore and implement new tools to improve analytical efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, business, or product analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with big data, analytical tools, and BI systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database queries.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
  • Strong data visualization skills using BI tools (e.g., Tableau or similar).

Marketing Knowledge

  • Understanding of key marketing metrics and KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of market analysis methods, competitive analysis, and user behavior.
  • Experience with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Meta, Appsflyer).

Additional Skills

  • Experience building forecasting models and working with predictive analytics.
  • Ability to present analytical data effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across departments.
