Group Manager of Services Analytics

If we were to briefly answer what the Services team does, we could say that it acts as an internal provider for inDrive, offering services to various internal verticals. We help driver candidates become our drivers without complicating the flow while maintaining the quality of checks. We ensure safety on the platform, facilitate communication between drivers and passengers, support our users, and much more.

We are looking for a leader for the Services analytics function who will guide the team in uncovering data-driven insights, optimizing key processes, and driving analytical excellence to support our mission. The ideal candidate will shape analytical strategy, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
  • Process Optimization. Identify bottlenecks in processes and areas that need improvement, effectively fix detected problems, and improve the team's performance.
  • Analytical Strategy. Define and execute the analytical roadmap to support the Services team’s objectives, and ensure alignment with broader company goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration. Work closely with product managers, operations, and engineering teams to identify analytical needs, provide actionable insights, and inform decision-making.
  • Data-Driven Approach in Decision Making. Contribute to improving the quality of research and experiments.
  • Reporting and Communication. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure stakeholders have easy access to key metrics and findings.

Qualifications

  • Experience. At least 5 years of experience in analytics, with over 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Skills. Strong expertise in SQL, Python, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis.
  • Soft Skills. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong business acumen.
  • Mindset. A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a passion for using data to drive meaningful change. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
  • Education. Degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics. Advanced degrees are a plus.
