We are looking for a talented Senior Product Marketing Manager to take charge of one of the most critical areas of our product — its funnel. This role offers an opportunity to impact revenue by addressing local issues efficiently and implementing strategic changes.
You will work in an international environment, engaging with local teams and leading a cross-functional team to achieve significant business results, directly influencing the company’s key performance metrics and driving success across regions.
Responsibilities
- Investigate the product funnel across countries and cities. Identify and detail the root causes of problems in each location. Develop recommendations to improve key metrics. Design and develop tools for tracking revenue drops, enabling proactive responses.
- Gather insights on local settings such as traffic and market specifics. Share best practices with local managers to enhance their understanding of conversion impact. Organize product testing with local teams to identify and resolve issues quickly.
- Lead a cross-functional team including iOS, Android, backend developers, analysts, and designers. Prioritize tasks and manage execution to deliver improvements. Coordinate UI localization for countries through the localization team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an international company managing cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of product analytics, working with dedicated analysts and tools. Familiarity with app development processes for iOS, Android, and backend.

Advanced English proficiency (B2+). Solid understanding of product funnels and key metrics. Proficiency in task management tools like Jira and Confluence. Strong structural thinking and ability to analyze data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
