Supply Project manager

The Projects & Analytics Team is looking for a Supply Project Manager whose main responsibilities will include analyzing market trends, optimizing driver acquisition campaigns, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance acquisition and retention. The role also involves mentoring team members and creating performance dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Conducting analysis of customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for customer acquisition and retention
- Developing and implementing experiments and AB tests to improve the effectiveness of driver acquisition campaigns and develop new driver acquisition channels
- Analyzing data related to driver acquisition costs, activation rates, and churn rates to inform business decisions
- Communicating analytics insights and project updates to verticals management and other stakeholders
- Mentoring and coaching team members to help them in adaptation
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track the performance of driver acquisition and retention campaigns
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master Degree 3 years of job experience
- Hard skills: Project management, Data analysis, SQL, Presentation skills, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Experiments design, Data visualization
