The Global Staff Management Team is in search of an experienced HR Specialist!

Responsibilities

  • Provider Communication: Maintain regular communication with external service providers (worldwide) and address provider inquiries in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Payment Coordination: Coordinate payment processes, including handling invoices and collaborating with providers, PNC, Technology, and the finance team. Ensure timely and accurate payments, while maintaining organized financial records.
  • Onboarding & HR Support: Update information for new hires and maintain up-to-date databases. Keep spreadsheets on new hires and confirm budget alignment with CNB and HRBP.
  • New Hire Processing: Create tickets for new hires from outsourcing companies and liaise with hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

Qualifications

  • Higher education.
  • Experience in HR administration.
  • Good knowledge of Russian and English is a must
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy in documentation.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to assist colleagues in solving work tasks.
