Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote branding initiatives consistent with corporate business goals and objectives.
  • Develop tactical marketing plans within budget requirements in pair with local marketing managers.
  • Develop, manage and produce materials to create a cohesive image and message for all communication channels throughout the entrusted region.
  • Day to day work with local marketing managers and HQ team.
  • Day to day work with internal creative and design teams, other company`s departments, creative agencies, design studios and creative production companies to develop and produce marketing materials in accordance with brand messages, global brand communication plan and local tactical communication plan.
  • Ensure that all the development delivered is sufficient and produced according to the approved timings.
  • Communicate and negotiate with promotional partners as needed for joint marketing activities.
  • Evaluate the success of various communication activities and provide and implement recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on similar industry activities, make recommendations based on findings/opportunities discovered.
  • Ensure all products and services represented conform to company`s guidelines, brand positioning and brand identity.
  • Conduct all the needed document support with finance and legal department with the help of financial coordination manager.

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, advertising, economics.
  • 2 or 3 years of work experience in marketing communications or creative agencies as a senior manager.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and coordinate the end to end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A well defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
  • English level B2 or higher is required.
