This role will lead key HR initiatives, including performance reviews, salary planning, workforce management, and L&D programs, as well as support leaders in building effective teams, driving engagement, and fostering alignment with company values while ensuring smooth processes for relocations and staffing changes.
Responsibilities
- Support Strategic HR Initiatives: Play a key role in implementing projects like career tracks, job profiles, assessments, and engagement surveys to elevate our division's success.
- Drive Organizational Excellence: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in organizational structure management, leveraging tools like Zoho to support scalability and alignment.
- Foster Talent Growth: Facilitate performance review processes, assist with calibration sessions, and support talent decisions for senior-level employees.
- Lead Employee Engagement: Analyze and communicate engagement survey results, working closely with teams to drive meaningful change and enhance motivation.
- Enable Learning and Development: Help identify training needs, co-create development plans, and bring L&D initiatives to life across the division.
- Streamline Compensation Processes: Manage salary review processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate on Workforce Planning: Maintain the headcount budget, support staffing changes, and participate in hiring decisions for key positions.
- Champion Relocation and Transfers: Coordinate relocation processes and internal transfers, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance to team leads and managers on team management and organizational best practices, building strong partnerships.
- Be a Culture Advocate: Inspire alignment with our company values through every interaction, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles such as HR BP, People Partner, or HR Manager.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and aligning HR strategies with organizational goals.
- Proactive Approach: Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and the ability to drive solutions independently.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build trust and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with HR metrics, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous approach to processes and documentation.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Confidence in addressing and resolving challenges effectively.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
