We are looking for a talented Middle Data Analyst to join our Core Analytics Team team, where you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will work on analyzing and optimizing regional performance, uncovering actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Analyze key metrics for regional operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with regional teams to develop actionable insights and drive localized strategies;
- Provide analytical support for regional initiatives, campaigns, and business plans;
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor the health and efficiency of regional markets
- Generate and validate hypotheses to uncover growth opportunities specific to regions;
- Work closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to align regional goals with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics
- Strong analytical mindset with structured and critical thinking, and the ability to balance resource investments with business impact;
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Python and relevant data analysis libraries;
- Proficiency in SQL for working with large datasets, writing and optimizing complex queries;
- Experience with BI tools like Plotly, Redash, or Tableau.
