We are seeking a Senior GTM Manager Couriers to drive SMB client acquisition for our inDrive Delivery platform through targeted campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize customer acquisition funnels, and lead brand-building initiatives to increase product adoption. Your role will involve using data-driven insights to refine campaigns, manage the marketing lifecycle, and stay ahead of market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new SMB clients for our Indrive Delivery platform.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with small and medium-sized businesses globally.
  • Analyze and optimize customer acquisition funnels, ensuring we attract high-quality leads while maximizing ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve performance across digital channels, events, partnerships, and more.
  • Build B2B Brand in inDrive Delivery Drive brand awareness and product adoption through effective B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end marketing lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand SMB needs, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform campaign strategy.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice across all touchpoints with SMB clients.

Qualifications

  • B2B Marketing Experience: Proven track record of successfully marketing to SMBs, ideally within the tech or logistics sector.
  • Global Reach: Experience executing marketing campaigns across different regions, with an understanding of diverse market needs and dynamics.
  • 360° Brand Media Campaigns: Experience launching and managing comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., TV, digital, print, social media, events).
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, email, content marketing, and social media.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Marketing Tools & Platforms: Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Globality: Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a fast-paced environment.
