We are looking for an Office Manager who knows how to organize workspace, maintain a positive atmosphere and help keep the office running smoothly and in order.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing the company's document flow, including receiving and sending, accounting for correspondence.
  • Providing the office with office supplies, drinking water, consumables; record keeping, receiving, storage, issuance.
  • Supervising, accounting, issuing and storing office equipment.
  • Control over the condition of office equipment, office equipment, communications; call specialists for repair and maintenance when necessary.
  • Control over the work of internal office services (cleaning, technical services).
  • Interaction with suppliers, execution of contracts and orders, maintenance of related documentation.
  • Maintaining order in the office, organizing additional cleaning if necessary.
  • Accounting of office maintenance and supply costs.
  • Supporting employees in organizing workplaces and services, accounting for office attendance.
  • Organizing the purchase of small equipment, furniture.
  • Interacting with employees in the office, assisting with organizing events.

Qualifications

  • Higher or specialized secondary education.
    Experience in a similar position (office manager, office administrator or receptionist) from 1 year.
  • Knowledge of Russian is a must, Kazakh and English languages are desirable.
  • Responsible and attentive attitude to tasks.
  • Skills of work with office equipment and office programs, ability to interact with suppliers.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to help colleagues in solving work tasks.
